What is Vaccertify?
Vaccertify provides a way for businesses to show they have completed their COVID-19 vaccinations to customers with a printable paper certificate they can put on there storefront or onsite at their business.
Vaccertify is the 'Seattle startup' interviewed by NBC in December 2020 for the article "Paper Beats App: Vaccine verification will likely be proven offline". We have also been seen online at Market Watch, CBS, Fox, International Business among others.
How do I provide proof of vaccination?
You can upload or email pictures of the paper vaccination card or screenshots of digital proofs of vaccination. Whatever proof you have been provided by your state or region we will work with if it comes from an official source. This data is self-reported to Vaccertify.
Is the printable certificate an official document?
No, the Vaccertify certificate is not an official document and is not meant to be used as an official proof of vaccination or used for travel or entry to events. This is a 3rd party service to help provide an increased peace of mind to customers that the employees inside have self-reported they received vaccinations.
How to I received the printable certificate?
Choose the package that fits with the number of employees that self-report as vaccinated. This could be a 1 person business, 2 to 5, or 6 to 10. If you have more than that we can discuss a customized order. Same if you have multiple locations.
Once you add to cart, checkout & pay for your order we will provide instructions to email or upload your proof of vaccinations. Within 1 to 3 business days we will email you the printable vaccination certificate.
How long does it take to received the printable vaccination certificate?
One vaccination proof has been submitted for all employees you can expect to received the certificate in 1-3 business days via email.
Will employee names, personal or private information be displayed on the certificate?
No. Only your business name is available. There will be no employee names listed or actual company badge numbers. We create anonymous numbers for employees to represent the number of employees that have been reviewed. This identity protection is the value Vaccertify adds to your business.
I just completed my order, where to I submit the documents and proof of vaccinations?
You will receive emailed instructions after ordering. You can send us an email to contact@vaccertify.com with your business name and order number and attach the images of your vaccine cards or screenshots of digital vaccination proof. You can also go to our dedicated upload page:
Where can I see my Vaccertify vaccine certificate online?
You will receive a dedicated web address that should be at www.Vaccertify.com/YourBusinessName. The link will be on your certificate and the QR code will take you there as well. You can hold your phone in camera mode over the QR code and then click on the web browser link that pops up.
What if not all of the employees have been vaccinated?
This product is ideal for a smaller business where everyone has been vaccinated or will be very soon. The certificate specifically says vaccinations have been "reported by the listed employees" so it is not an absolute requirement of everyone. There is also a consent form for employees to sign before they are a listed employee.
